How Many Pound of Beef a Person Eat
Nosotros're living in the United kingdom for the next couple of months for our earth travels. That means i affair: I can eat a frugal carnivore diet!
I wrote a book on why I like eating a carnivore nutrition and how to go started doing it. It's called The Carnivore Nutrition Handbook.
Today, I'k sharing how I've been eating every day for the by weeks on a carnivore diet.
Yous see, I've gone on-and-off the carnivore diet a couple of times since January, when I started this seemingly weird nutrition. Travel and meat costs in other countries determines it. Simply, when I can, I opt for carnivore.
I plan on eating this fashion going forward, until we're dorsum in France housesitting (this means we're traveling the globe without paying for accommodations! – I wrote a book about that, too! Check it out hither!). We will exist in France in September.
I won't consume as much meat in France, considering it'due south not frugal – dammit. But, I have some new things planned to help me eat more carnivore-ish while in that location. Stay tuned to see if my experiments piece of work.
One of my favorite parts of the carnivore diet continues to exist is how fucking Piece of cake it is.
I save so much time with this simple fashion of eating. I have more energy. I'k not constantly planning what to consume or looking at recipes on Pinterest at night when I should be sleeping.
Here's my daily carnivore diet…
Lately, I eat beef, and I potable water and coffee. That'due south pretty much it nearly days. My norm is that I eat breakfast around 8:00am and consume dinner around 5/6:00pm. That'due south it.
Here's my daily diet, which might be strange, but I love it. I do not want anything else.
Yes, it seems weird to just want beef.
I don't want vegetables. I don't want carbs. I don't fifty-fifty desire sourdough bread! I don't desire chocolate. It'southward very foreign to not crave carbohydrate or carbohydrates.
I love these beef patties. It's the same routine, I don't have to think twice.
Beef is healing things I didn't know needed healing. I feel great eating this way.
My pare is even amend than when I was eating a Bulletproof Nutrition or a "existent food salubrious" diet. That says something to me. It says a lot.
From my late-20s to belatedly-30s, I ate a vegan diet. Sadly, my family'due south health went to shit eventually. Whoops, did that one too long. Then I ate key/paleo and things definitely improved! Almost overnight. Next, I dabbled in Bulletproof Nutrition eating and subsequently added things like whole-fat dairy, sourdough bread. All of those diets were better for our health than eating vegan. Just, geez, what the hell is going on that I can experience even better eating only animal foods?
I eat 2 pounds of lxxx/twenty footing beef a day.
I swallow 1 pound for breakfast and one pound for dinner.
I take one pound in the morning and I separate information technology into two 1/2-pound patties. (I do the aforementioned in the evening.) Add plenty of sea table salt. Sometimes, I like a peppery burger and add blackness pepper. (Water and java are my beverages.)
I get a skillet hot(!) with no added fatty, because it'due south non needed.
Add the patty.
I get a nice sear on it after a minute or two. Then, I flip it and get a sear on the other side. I and so melt to temperature, flipping on occasion.
Since it'due south a fat ground beefiness, every minute or two I drain some fat off to my plate where I'll eat it with the patty. Licking that damn plate clean! Fat and all.
I put the kickoff cooked patty on the plate and repeat the steps for the second one.
And so, I eat them and love life and feel great. No bloat eating this manner. Just strong.

For some, it'due south an effective elimination diet. You get a hold of nutrient allergies from plants that you never knew yous had.
Or, some people felt OK and decent, and and so they tried the carnivore diet out of curiosity. Mayhap to lose a few pounds. They had no idea how much better they could experience. Information technology shocked them.
I still detect it fascinating that many people on a keto diet attempt carnivore, and feel even better. They lose even more unwanted weight.
